Will Skudin who put it all on the line at the Nazare Challenge 12/20/16. With the final Big Wave Tour event at Isla Todos Santos in Baja has a waiting period stretching until February 28, 2017. Should it run, that event will decide both the 2016 Big Wave World Champion and the top 8 full-time surfers on next year’s big wave tour. Will is currently sitting in 8th place. “This has been a life long goal of mine ever since I was a kid and to finish the season in the top 8 and be on the tour officially for the next season would be the biggest accomplishment of my life”
